Project Manager

Engineering & Development

( Full Time )

Location: Bangkok Metropolitan Area, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid

We’re a fast-moving startup building intelligent systems at the intersection of softwarehardware, and AI. Our work goes beyond writing code or building isolated products — we design tightly integrated technologies that power real-world automation, smart devices, and next-generation user experiences.

Unlike typical software-only companies, our projects span across embedded systems, cloud platforms, edge AI, and everything in between. Whether it’s prototyping a smart-home device, optimizing ML models for low-power inference, or crafting scalable infrastructure, we work end-to-end — and we love the challenge.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure to fast-paced, cross-functional projects. You’ll work directly with engineers, designers, and the founding team to keep everything aligned, drive momentum, and help shape the development of our next-generation technologies.

Our team is made up of some of the most driven and capable young engineers in the country. We value competency over credentialscuriosity over convention, and impact over ego. If you’re excited to solve hard technical problems, move fast without bureaucracy, and see your work come to life across digital and physical spaces, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery — from planning to execution. You’ll guide technical teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with company goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Planning: Defining scope, objectives, and timelines. Creating project roadmaps and identifying key resources.
  • Team Management: Assembling, guiding, and motivating multi-disciplinary teams. Delegating tasks and providing ongoing support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, managing expectations, and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials.
  • Schedule Management: Establishing timelines, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects moving forward.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

We’re building a team of motivated people who enjoy taking on challenging projects with real-world impact.
If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
